ABOUT THE CHEF
Executive Chef, Bill Higbee, has been cooking all of his life. He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1979 and has been working in
the Restaurant and Hotel
industry ever since.
He was involved in the ownership of a few local area restaurants: Mullberry Street and La Doce Vita in the
late 80's and early 90's.
In addition, as a Corporate Food and Beverage Director for a local hotel group, he handled an average of 5 - 7 weddings per week for over 13 years.
Most recently, he worked in an upscale Jewish senior living facility serving 750 Kosher meals a day while specializing in
inside and outside Kosher catering.
