

ABOUT THE CHEF
Executive Chef, Bill Higbee,
has been cooking all of his life.
He was involved in the ownership of a
few local area restaurants:
Mullberry Street and
La Doce Vita in the
late 80's and early 90's.
In addition, as a Corporate Food and Beverage Director for a local hotel group,
he handled an average of 5 - 7 weddings
per week for over 13 years.
Most recently, he worked in an upscale Jewish senior living facility
serving 750 Kosher meals a day while specializing in
inside and outside Kosher catering.
